• Co-Architected Avaya’s Application server platform (EDP) which was approved after very prolonged & complex conceptualization process which consisted of multiple UC and CC use-case demos, showcasing strength of JSR 289 base platform and development of common library (SSAL) to provide easy constructs for various flavors of B2BUA and Proxy lifecycle, Media control lifecycle and imbibing of Avaya enforced rules. I played critical role for concept phase and later for designing our call modal and associated exposed SDK.
