Mahak Gupta — Software Engineer

Hi, I am Mahak Gupta. I am a computer science student and am deeply interested in software that runs the world. I started learning software development in the freshman year of my university and started out with learning the basics of Android development. Working with software made me realize that many of our problems can be solved with clever programming which led me to explore this field even further. As a result, I have explored a variety of software-related domains including but not limited to web applications, cloud systems, and fintech applications to name a few. Apart from these I regularly take part in national and international level hackathons and have also won quite a few demonstrating my passion for solving real-world problems. I have interned in companies such as Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, and Flipkart and developed features used by consumers in their day-to-day lives which also helped me in improving my skills as a developer. Along with all that, I am also a part of SDSLabs, the campus software development group that focuses on exploring software development and computer science in general.
