Hello Everyone i have started working with Udaan as a BDE but immediately got promoted as a Team Leader. After showing my performance months after month I got promoted as a Sales Officer. From the entire Mumbai Thane team out of 29 sales officers i got promoted to Area Lead. I had shown my calibre wherever and whatever task the company has assigned me. I had increased the sales by 33% in my territory. Took end no of sessions and trainings of the BDEs and Sales Officers. Cleared the UHI (Un Healthy Inventory) with maximum profits of the company.
