Improved the basic Matrix Factorization model in machine learning by adding biasing, temporal features thus lowering the root mean square error and which leads to increase in frequency match. The error is 1.0418 using Basic Matrix factorization and reduced to 0.939524 and observed the inherent advantages by predicting the closest value associated with the Matrix factorization approach.
