• I worked on many diverse projects involving hardware or server side technologies or a mix of both. I worked with Raspberry Pi 2 & 3, Arduino UNO, Beagle Bone Black boards and a variety of sensors. I also worked on server end using Spring MVC, Hibernate and J2EE technologies. I was fortunate enough to explore length and width of IoT system and understand intricate details involved in such products.

• Integration of 3D printer in Predictive Analytics Platform as part of remote

• Implementation of Over-The-Air update firmware for IoT devices, this allowed

• As part of Biophysical and Computational Biology lab, our research was based on protein motors. Cell has microfilament networks inside acting as routes and protein motors acting as vehicles to transport various types of cargos. We used single motor data to develop a stochastic model for the same and extrapolated it for multiple motors to study their behaviour by randomizing different parameters.
• Technology Used: FORTRAN, LINUX, OpenMPI Programming
• As part of my work I:
• 1. Simulated functioning of protein motors responsible for intracellular transportation
• 2. Implemented parallel programming by learning and implementing OpenMPI to expedite simulation
• 3. Researched over fuel efficiency and other parameters involved in protein motor functioning
• 4. Developed efficient stochastic model based on Monte-Carlo simulation
