• Created a suite of products that eased medical emergency response.
• During my tenure at StanPlus, I followed a distinct approach to design thinking to solve challenges in medical transportation and healthcare during the pandemic in 2020 and 2021. I worked closely with product leadership and cross-functional leads.
• Conducted primary research by interviewing Doctors and ER staff serving during the pandemic.
• Crafted a common design language that was utilised in branding and marketing initiatives as well as our digital products.
• Worked with teams to design digital products that are engineered around the objective of saving lives while keeping the interactions with a device to a minimum.
