• At PayPal, I led UX for the internal customer support tools used by service teams. The mission was to simplify a fragmented experience and help support agents resolve customer issues faster and more confidently.
• I led a team of 5 designers and owned the end to end design strategy. This included defining the North Star vision and working closely with product, engineering, support, and business teams to bring it to life. Research was baked into every step. We involved real users early and often, making sure what we built matched the reality of their work.
• The average handling time dropped by 72 seconds, helping agents resolve issues faster. Teammate satisfaction improved, reaching 4.1 out of 5. The number of customers returning with the same issue reduced by 2.4 percent. Tool engagement also increased by 10 percent showing that agents found the platform more useful and were more willing to use it regularly.

• I drove end-to-end design with deep ownership—architecting zero to one fintech workflows for complex reconciliation use cases, setting up scalable design systems, and establishing high-impact collaboration rituals across teams. My approach combined strategic thinking with executional depth, guiding every stage from research and prototyping to testing and production with a strong focus on usability, reliability, and scale.
• This resulted in a significantly improved product experience, including a 30% reduction in reconciliation time, enhanced audit readiness, and real-time financial visibility—contributing to Recko’s positioning as a trusted industry leader and its eventual acquisition by Stripe.
