We aim to represent and highlight the design profession both in India and globally and create a meaningful interface with the industry, academia, users, and policymakers.

• Rural Youth of India is an NGO, founded by students and alumni of Aalto University and IIT Madras. My role in this NGO was to ideate and design the website from scratch. The founders of this NGO gave me some basic ideas about how they are planning the website, where anyone who is looking for a job can contact us by filling out the form and we will guide them.
• For this project, I started by researching various NGO websites, how they work and what functionalities they have. I also suggested some features which can help a person in finding a job and make their experience better with us. This project is in the initial stage these days but soon we are going to launch this in some parts of India, which will support different Indian regional languages as well.

• My role in IITians4India is to brainstorm ideas, collaborate with different team members, and design social media posts to make people aware and contribute to our mission.
• IITians4India is a non-profit organization that took the initiative to help people in this time of the pandemic. In the starting, our team took the initiative to support migrant laborers. We sponsored seven trains and one fight of migrants traveling from Bangalore, Delhi & Mumbai to their home state, Bihar. In the first week, we raised around Rs 10 lakh after launching this campaign, a lot of people came forward and supported us. We also fed around 10000 people, which is equivalent to 30000 meals. As of now, 50 people are in our core team from professions, like doctors, lawyers, CA, engineers, designers, entrepreneurs, etc. who are actively engaged in different projects; one such example is the Heal@Home project. Around 150+ people have also joined our exponential community.

• A collaborative project held online with students from Israel and India with participation from SCE Israel, IIT Guwahati & IIT Bombay. This project aimed to develop a socially active robot with its instruction manual, especially for students, which can support them in nurturing creativity and innovation to generate ideas.

• As design coordinator, I was responsible for design-related work for Alumni mentor-mentee program. The program helped around 300 students through the assistance of around 200 Alumni in its second edition.
• Alumni Meet: Working with the SAIL team of 35+ members, volunteers, and Dean & Associate Dean of alumni external relations for the first Alumni meet of IIT Guwahati within the past 25 years. I designed various graphics-related stuff, including social media posts, speaker invites, posters, IIT Guwahati newsletter etc. The alumni meet was going to happen in March, and over 100+ alumni from past batches were registered. Just because of CoVid-19, one week before the Alumni meet schedule, we had to postpone the meet to the next year.
