Formulator of business strategies, vision, mission, goal setting, balance scorecards and org structures. Certified Hay's Job Evaluator. Uncertified exponent of commonsensical org structures. Nearly 30 years of corporate side-stepping, vertical climbing, and recording of life as it whizzes past. Versatile to a fault. I can be mostly found in Delhi, Gurgaon, Bombay and in the Himalayas where I go by nickname of 'Yeti' for historical reasons.
