• + Designed and developed Registration procedure (using C language on Linux) at the AS, when an IMS based client (SIP client) wants to call a user in CDMA world it has to do third party register to an Application Server (AS) of IMS. The AS authenticates sip client in CDMA network using standard CAVE algorithm
• + Developed an interface to pass proper value to the cave alogorithm and allow registration only if the client is authenticated.
• + Tested handover and handback in lab with actual setup of RAN and Wi-fi Access point and enhanced the design to make it efficient.
• + Written the code for splitting of O-BCSM and T-BCSM so as to support IMS anchored call model maintaining consistency with the existing Data Structures and minimizing impact of splitting the BCSM on existing call flow This required thorough understanding of IS771 Call Model (IN call model).
