I am HR innovator and entrepreneur with over eight years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. I have a deep understanding of the frustrations and losses caused by candidate ghosting, which is a growing challenge in the job market. Candidate ghosting is the phenomenon of job seekers accepting an offer from one employer and then disappearing or backing out without informing the other employers who have also extended them offers. That is why I founded OpenOffers in 2021, an innovative platform that facilitates transparent and seamless information exchange between organizations, with the highest level of data security and privacy. Through OpenOffers, we enable recruiters to receive timely notifications as soon as their offered candidates become potential risks of no-shows, and to collaborate with other organizations to share information and create a more efficient and fair job market.
