Working with technology companies at different stages: early stage deep tech startups & pre-seed investing on the VC side at Entrepreneur First, Seed & Series A with theAsianparent, and Series H and beyond with pre-IPO companies such as Stripe and Zomato. I've done the 0 to 1, 1 to 100 and 100 to 1,000. Employee #2 at Entrepreneur First in Asia, helping us launch across Singapore, Hong Kong and Bangalore. Built out our talent function in APAC from scratch, leading and growing the team from 0 to 11 across the region, and recruiting over 1200 software engineers, computer scientists and researchers across 4 years. I saw us through our Singapore Core Fund ($16 mil) raise, our $12.4 mil raise into our fund management company led by Reid Hoffman, Greylock Partners & Founders Fund, and finally our new $115 million Global Fund in 2019.

  • To date we have helped over 350 individuals build 80 companies with a total valuation of over $1 billion. Our major exits to date include Magic Pony, led by Rob Bishop and Zehan Wang, which was acquired by Twitter for a reported $150m only 18 months after the Founders met on the EF programme.
