• Worked in the Intelligent COnversational Experiences- Machine Learning team. Developed a conversation failure prediction service API to predict the probability of failure of conversation between a virtual chat agent and a human customer. Built a deep learning model (GRU) on Tensorflow framework in python to predict conversation failure, and trained it on past conversation data. Analysed and preprocessed the data using AWS DataBricks and Pyspark SQL. Deployed the model and created a service API from it using FastAPI (with Platform Data API to retrieve data using GraphQL queries).

• Working in the SpeechLab on Natural Language Processing tasks.
• 1. Desgined a web crawler using Selenium and Scrapy in python to scrape text data from websites to create text corpus for language modelling tasks.
• 2. Developed a state-of-the-art text sentiment analysis model using sentence transformers (BERT) and deep learning. Built models on Pytorch framework in python. Did academic research by thoroughly investigating research papers to generate ideas to create a state-of-the-art model.

In addition, I worked on a research project with the research and development team on a graph-based risk and probabilistic approach to the propagation of an epidemic in crops.
