• I am currently the SVP of design at Adobe, where I run Adobe Design - Adobe's centralized global product design organization. There I oversee a full stack design team of over 850 employees. Our team's charter covers all of Adobe's businesses from Creative Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Document Cloud as well as our e-commerce and marketing website Adobe.com. In addition to product design, I oversee our core teams - design ops, team ops, research and strategy, prototyping, design systems, brand, product equity, machine intelligence design, and international design. I'm also a board member of the Adobe Incubator - an internal incubator to seed, steward, launch, and scale new AI-first products.
• Prior to joining Adobe, I was Head of Mobile for Behance. In the past I've worked for Atlantic Records, Parsons School for Design, Warner Music Group, Anderson Ranch Arts Center, and for the photographer Lynn Goldsmith.

• I oversaw design and user experience for a new suite of over a dozen Creative Cloud mobile and web applications at Adobe. Our team's mission was to bring new creative tools to the masses - apps that are powerful enough for professionals, but easy enough for anyone to use. Our apps have been featured in Apple's Best of 2015 & 2016 lists, in the Apple and Google app stores, and were showcased in Apple's September 2015 keynote. My team was also responsible for the Creative SDK, a platform to bring Adobe's creative technology to a network of third party partners. In addition to this, I managed the mobile design and engineering teams at Behance. This team produced three iOS apps, two Android apps, two watch apps, a Mac app, and an Apple TV application.
