Worked on Partner Orchestrator service which made new Partners on boarding easy and reduced our partner onboarding SLO.
Led the free preview experience for some selected trending titles by showing some initial minutes free to users and then leaving them on a cliffhanger and showing them a paywall to watch further. It helped us in both ways where we increased our subscriber numbers but also earned by showing ads in free minutes
Led Free Trial for the first time on Hotstar as an experiment in Asia Cup and then in World cup with even more features. It allowed users to experience the platform in free while creating the mandate for their future subscriptions bringing XX K subscriptions for the platform.
Working on the redesign of legacy subscription service to make it more scalable during cricket days and also to add support for TVoD experiments.
