• Animall is a series-B funded startup comprising an amazing team of problem-solvers working towards improving the lives of dairy farmers in a meaningful way by making dairy farming significantly more profitable in India and bringing the next digital "White revolution of India".
• Contributions:
• Being the first engineering hire, I worked on the engineering side of various verticals of business including supply, healthcare, and operations with an A+ team of problem solvers.
• Led the whole lifecycle of features from figuring out problems → prioritization based on impact/effort → ideation around solutions → engineering execution → monitoring → data analysis from the ground up → iterations to improve conversions.
• Engineered and built several internal tools for analysis/observability in product/operations.
• Upscaled tech to be more extensible as the team grew, led migrations and contributed to early-stage core engineering decisions.

• World Wisdom Map was a grant project backed by the Singapore Art Foundation which is the world's first breathing repository of life lessons from every single country in the world.
• Contributions:
• Led the engineering of the product end-to-end from design implementation to architecture to actual execution.
• Contributed heavily to design thinking of the product (as it was one of the main aspects of such a life-lesson-sharing platform)
• Evaluated proper trade-offs between multiple approaches to solving many problems that arose, which also helped us meet time-based delivery milestones as well as in scaling the project further.
• Worked on several performance optimization techniques (since we have pages with 100s of images) and anyway it's a good thing to do if not done pre-maturely :)

• YieldScan was an open-source grant project under Web3Foundation that scans for maximum nomination yield on nominated proof-of-stake networks (targeting: Kusama, Polkadot) and helps non-tech users stake their capital with a super-intuitive UX.

• Worked on multiple aspects of the product from architecting across the stack to executing the frontend (UI, state management, integrations, etc.), contributing to UX decisions, and iterating on feedback from multiple channels.

• In general terms, the goal of my project was to develop BlueGenes compatible visualisation tools which can help biologists and explorers can get better insights of data particularly that of genes and proteins.
