Having a 30 yrs of experience in the fitness field. Started myself as an athlete, was a state champion in body building in 2000 and powerlifting in 1994. Got a india rank in body building and left competitive body building in year 2000 and entered into general fitness world to serve the masses. Opened my own fitness center in 1997 and operated that for 13 yrs and then became a master trainer with known gyms of India like “ golds gym “, “ Anytime fitness “ , “ chisel “ , “ fitness INc “, “ Nittro gym, Mumbai “ , “ Mantra gym, Mumbai “ and many more and trained more then 5000 trainers all across India. After moving around all across India, found that general public is been fooled and lot of miss information is been spread. So I decided to make general public as their OWN TRAINER and started with my first online training in 2010 Founded my company as TEAM AMINDER in 2017 with my senior student and currently have served and made more then 1 lakh people independent and proudly operating in 28 countries. Have helped them save more then 1650 cr ₹ till now. Have trained celebrities like YO YO HONEY SINGH, SUKHI , ARJIT TANEJA, ALI GONI, PRAVEEN BATT, ANSHU JAIN, HARSH PATI SINGHANIA and so on.
