• As part of the Data Collection team at UKG, I am responsible for developing new features and maintaining the UDM (Universal Device Management) application. I design and implement scalable backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring the application delivers high performance and reliability.
• My role involves building robust RESTful APIs, optimizing database queries with PostgreSQL, and leveraging RabbitMQ for efficient data processing workflows. Additionally, I focus on resolving bugs, addressing customer defects, and enhancing the application’s stability and performance.
• I have contributed to modernization efforts by successfully upgrading the application from JDK 8 to JDK 17 and transitioning frameworks like Spring Boot to their latest versions. My work also includes enhancing the frontend using Angular, improving the user experience for 700+ customers
