Managed the finance function in the interim phase including Group consolidation; coordinated the statutory audits to ensure their smooth conclusion.
• Business plan and financial model for a Special Economic Zone – for a leading Auto player: Prepared the business plan, financials, and cash flow including estimation of land allocation for industrial and residential use.
