• deals with IPO exits to determine if there was any sustainable value creation by the PE investors.
• Compounded annualized returns (IRR) of the PE investors have been compared with annual stock returns for three consecutive years after the company got listed. Comparing these two metrics statistically, I have determined whether there was any sustainable value creation in the company by the PE investor which in turn was beneficial various investors who subscribed to the IPO.

• The first leg of the Summer University was at NITK campus. As a group of Suisse, Chinese and Indian students we visited four companies in the Mangalore region : Karnataka Milk Federation(KMF), Bharat Beedi, Achal Cashews, Primacy Industries. We worked for a period of three weeks on Human Factors and Marketing and Communication with respect to these companies.
• The second leg of the Summer University was in China at BIT Campus. We visited four companies in China :BAIC Motors, Jiaduobao Beverage, Beijing UPPER Clothes, SMC China, and worked on Human Factors, Marketing and Communication related to these companies as a cross cultural group comprising of students from India, China and Switzerland for a period of three weeks.
