• Lennden has developed a system of digitized mandis for non-perishable agricultural goods. Currently, the supply chain for non-perishables in India involves passing through five middlemen from farmer to consumer, with the farmer selling their product to a trader via an APMC mandi. Almost all non-perishables are sold offline, leading to problems such as delayed payment, unstandardized commodities, and farmers not receiving fair prices for their goods.
• Lennden's solution involves procuring produce directly from farmers, processing it, and digitally auctioning it to millers, ensuring quality assurance and enabling online sales. Each mandi serves between 5,000-10,000 farmers, allowing them to sell their products for a higher price, receive a payment within two hours, and sell to a nearby mandi. Buyers benefit from consistent quality raw materials, while millers enjoy the higher value and shorter processing times, skipping the two-day process required to process raw materials from APMC mandis.
• Our team, consisting of myself and my co-founder, has already successfully operated one private Mandi. During this operation, we procured commodities worth 25 crores from 4000 farmers and achieved a gross margin exceeding 5%. Additionally, we possess a combined experience of over 18 years in this trade.
• In addition to leading the startup, I have also developed the following products:
• 1. A marketplace that brings together buyers and sellers of agricultural commodities.
• 2. An auction and bidding platform specifically for pulses.
• 3. A marketplace available in 10 different Indian languages.
• 4. Grown the user base to 50,000 through organic means.

• Shriram Associates is India's biggest manufacturer of small scale pulses processing plant(Mini Dal Mill). We have been an industry leader in manufacturing mini dal mill machines. in 1993, in association with Dr Panjabrao Krishi Vidyapeeth Akola(PKV), we have designed and manufactured a mini version of dal mill machines. Our products enable farmers to process raw pulses in the village rather than selling them in mandi. More than 1 Lac small business and farmers are using these machines manufactured by us.
• My role involves taking care of the sales and marketing part. Establishing dealer all over India and aboard. Partnering with the Agriculture department of the various state government to launch a scheme to distribute our machines in their respective states.
• We have launched a multi Lingual app for Grains Trading named Lennden. It is available in 10 Indian languages. It connects our Mini Dal Mill processors with traders, brokers, millers and wholesalers all over India.
• We are in the process of distributing loans to around 400 Farmers a year to setup dal mill plant in various part of India.
