• Complete(full-stack) Re-Design of the legacy customer facing newspaper subscription service and self service(klantenservice) applications used by the different media brands. Collaborated with product, design and broader engineering team on features and functionalities. The new design implementations resulted in nearly 114% increase in digital subscription sales and also in 25% customer service cost reductions.
• Successful led the migration of all team projects to the cloud and now to AWS with infrastructure implemented as code & 50% faster CI/CD deployments.
