• building a multi-thread scalable system to handle increasing number of
• transactions.

• I. Developed an architecture for partial refund creation. Implemented API to
• create refund for every single product of order through return,before this
• customer had to return/cancel complete order. It enhanced the customer's
• experience.

• I. Reduced NEFT refund processing time from average 4 days to 2 hours by
• implementing IMPS System for COD order refund.Integration replace manual
• work of maintaining the ledger of COD orders.Implemented an YES bank API in
• java to do IMPS transaction.

• I. Initiated cross domain knowledge sharing among team members to enhance

• II. Reduced the calls of customer support by 38% by integrating API to provide

• mode(NEFT/PGW/CluesBucks) and Expected date of refund.There is drop of
• 18.23% calls per refund, 36.70% reduction in Multiple Contacts Per Refund,
• 22.69% reduction in First Contact Per Refund.
• III. Optimised Refund processing time from 2 days to an average 3 hour by
• implementing multithreading and short interval running script. Incorporation of
• this feature helped in building users trust and their retention
• Handled complete refund domain for more than 10 months.
