• Assisting customers with reimaging of their appliances due to any failures during upgrade or any other activity
• Users facing issue with unable to elevate, unable to login as root, forgot their password, file transmissions, clear space when root partitions were full, creating policies (e.g: Disaster recovery), Importing backup images, Restoring backups,Factory reset IPMI, any hurdles faces while running the AURA tool, any failures while performing the pre-checks, Upgrade stuck due to snap LV, swap utilization full, backup failures, system unable to come up properly due File system check issues, issues related to callhome, SNMP, Disks going into foriegn, unconfigured good/bad state, CIFS shares inaccessible, Faulty IO module, DIMM missing alerts, Hardware or software tests failing, SMTP server issues, Firmware upgrades, Failed to start Database services, issues related to autosupport.
