  • JavaSoftIndia was my first weekend initiative, born out of a desire to support students who were struggling to find jobs in Bangalore, whether due to financial constraints, lack of proper guidance, or low motivation. My sole passion was to provide direction: to teach with sincerity, share real-world industry knowledge, and empower students to become job ready.
  • During my college years, I developed a deep interest in programming and data structures, dedicating thousands of hours to mastering these areas. This passion naturally led me to help others. In 2011, after moving to Bangalore, I began mentoring Engineering and MCA graduates over weekends, offering in-depth training in Java and Data Structures. Within just 4–6 months, many were ready for interviews and job placements.
  • Over the span of 7–8 years, I trained more than 2,000 students through these weekend sessions. The journey has been incredibly fulfilling, especially seeing my students succeed and secure positions in top IT companies. Many of them consider me a guiding force in their careers, but I always remind them: it was their dedication and positive mindset that led to their success ,,I was simply a support system along the way.
