Enguru live english learning app

Led the design efforts for enguru products - the enguru android app, enguru kids, web and KaiOS apps.
Handled the design function while enguru pivoted from a self-paced learning app to a combination of live classes and self-paced learning.
Improved the purchase funnel which was not performing very well. Made the communication better, reduced confusion around selection of plans, improved discoverability of coupons.
Helped in streamlining the free trial user flow, which enabled users to access free trials easily and guided users throughout the trial. These changes helped in increasing the conversion rate after the free trial.
Also designed many new features like the learner’s community, the dedicated app for kids, the Cambridge certification course within enguru, and the Penguin books library within enguru to name a few.
