During my internship, I was an integral part of the Citi-to-Axis transition team, focusing on post-transition analytics. My contributions included the following key tasks:
1. Novel Fuzzy Matching Algorithm:
Utilized NLP techniques to design a sophisticated fuzzy matching algorithm.
Improved matching efficiency from 320/3266 (~10%) using simple VLOOKUP to 2000/3266 (~60%).
2. Success metrics tracking:
Developed SAS codes incorporating relevant logic to retrieve data and populate key metrics (e.g., salary account balance, term deposits balance) on a daily basis.
3. Citi to Axis transition dashboard:
Extracted data from relevant databases to calculate KPI values provided by business team.
Delivered accurate KPI data for the months of March, April, May, and June.
