As the founding frontend engineer, I architected and scaled the core platform at Doctor Droid — an AI-powered observability and automation platform for DevOps teams. I owned product surfaces end to end, drove performance improvements, and helped shape the engineering culture from the ground up.
Led frontend architecture using React, Redux, Tailwind CSS, Vite, and MUI. Built a modular component system and design framework for scalability and team adoption.
Cut dev build time from 6s to <20ms using pnpm and improved load performance by reducing bundle size from 4MB to 1.8MB via tree-shaking and Webpack profiling.
Designed and implemented product workflows using Tiptap (custom extensions), integrating tools like Confluence, Datadog, Sentry, and Grafana.
