• Project 1: DLP CCS Scanner - Extraction Module
• Architected a high-performance cross-platform file text extraction engine capable of parsing over 1,000+ file types, including documents, spreadsheets, emails, archives, and images using Hyland’s Lexmark Document Filters.
• Designed and implemented 10+ file extractor types (Generic, Image, Spreadsheet, Email, LexmarkOCR, Spool file) with auto-routing based on MIME type detection using Hyland Lexmark Document Filters.
• Integrated Tesseract OCR and Leptonica libraries for image-to-text capabilities where standard parsers failed.
• Developed a C++/Rust bridge using FFI and CMake to enable seamless dual-language execution across macOS (.dylib) and Windows (.dll). Optimized runtime performance, reducing overall file processing latency by up to 85%—e.g., 1MB files now process in 75ms instead of 500ms.
• Project 2: Bloom Filters
• Led the integration of probabilistic data structures (Bloom Filters) into the DLP pipeline to efficiently detect drug names, health conditions, and common passwords in extracted sensitive content.
• Migrated legacy Java-serialized Bloom Filter data into Rust using the jaded crate, building a robust deserialization pipeline that converted Java object graphs into native Rust structures for in-memory analysis.

• Defined and implemented a C++-based REST Client to facilitate secure bidirectional communication between the DLP Core, DLP Cloud Scanner..
• Built as a reusable static library to integrate easily with multiple components of the DLP ecosystem, enabling fast, consistent communication and unified logging for better debugging in production.
• Engineered thread-safe singleton classes to ensure that all concurrent threads share a common connection pool, API token manager, and configuration state, avoiding redundant memory allocation and connection churn.
• Integrated LLVM-based code coverage tooling, achieving 95% unit test coverage.
