• This included working with a mobile operator to begin trailing NFC payments as an extension of the contactless payment scheme being implemented. This included discussions with the mobile operator about their proposed business model for future of NFC payments.
• I also evaluated new business models and reported on how these affected the banks business and how the bank could use the new business models could be adopted by the bank to protect the bank's business processes.
