• TG is the largest OB platform in the Middle East and is backed by leading investors including Tiger Global, Target Global and Lumia Capital. I joined as the first Agile Delivery Manager and was quickly promoted to Lead.
• Key Achievements:
• Built an Agile Delivery function. Hired an Agile Coach and 2 Delivery Coaches. Line managed and created a career framework.
• Structured and led hiring for several lean and high performing cross-functional teams.
• Established an Agile Centre of Excellence and did the initial setup of an Engineering Centre of Excellence.
• Designed and facilitated Product & Tech Quarterly Planning Process with very positive feedback.
• Worked closely alongside the CTO and CPO to create the Product & Tech OKRs, ensuring Objectives were communicated effectively and KRs were monitored regularly.
• Set up reporting of metrics by initiating a KPI framework and producing an agile delivery dashboard. Rolled out the use of Actionable Agile to teams so they could reflect and improve on their processes.
• Improved ways of working within the People and Risk & Compliance functions by teaching agile and guiding them on best practices.

• Initially led two software engineering teams of varying abilities which resulted in an increase in the value they delivered and improved engagement with stakeholders.
• In 2020 H2 I acted as a Lead Delivery Manager by bringing Agile ways of working to the InfoSec area which consisted of three engineering teams – this involved working closely with the CISO and Senior Leads to define and deliver a delivery strategy.

• Worked for a Government client on a large Digital Transformation programme consisting of five Scrum teams. Responsible for teaching and guiding the client to have an Agile mindset, reporting on delivery timescales, and working with the teams to provide release roadmaps based on backlog estimation and velocity. Scrum Master for two teams which both had contractor Product Owners with little experience in Scrum, and recommended/implemented best practices for cross-team dependencies.

• Responsible for leading a newly outsourced team (containing both on- and off-shore members) to successfully migrate the core UCAS Progress service to the cloud (AWS). This involved establishing the teams’ ways of working, ensuring alignment to Scrum processes and coaching/mentoring them to create a positive, motivated team culture with autonomy. Formed effective business-level relationships with key peers and Stakeholders to guarantee crossfunctional collaboration and on-schedule project delivery.
