I started my career processing numbers — but realized my true calling was shaping people, culture, and growth. My career has been a mix of finance and people — 16 years of seeing how both numbers and people shape businesses. In the first 7 years of my career, I was deep in finance — leading transitions of key projects from global sites, managing compliance, and working with leadership. But over time, I felt drawn to the human side of business. Numbers told part of the story, but people made the real difference. That’s when I transitioned into HR and PeopleOps — a decision that has defined the last 9 years of my career. Since then, I’ve worked with leaders in high-growth startups, helping them move from 0 → 1 and beyond by partnering with founders to build organization that are not only high-performing but also human-centered. My experience spans Talent Acquisition, PeopleOps, Culture Design, and compensation structuring.
