• I worked as a individual contributor in the Process Engineering team. I was responsible for documenting and implementing any technological/ process modification (through change controls).
• Apart from this I handled investigations for deviations from standard procedures and quality failures. Drawing a CAPA plan and its implementation also was under my scope. I was also responsible for modifying SOPs and related documents to ensure that they are in line with the current regulations.

• Richter Themis is a joint venture between Gedeon Richter (Hungary) and Themis Medicare (India). They manufacture Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).
• I joined here as a university graduate and learnt the real life application of theoretical concepts.
• I was involved in the process development and manufacturing cycle. I also used some of my time to help the Effluent Treatment Plant team with their application to the State Pollution Board (GPCB).
• I was awarded a cash prize for single-handedly compiling and representing the data for CSR report. The CSR report was a first for the organization.
