• Building critical financial microservices for :
• ~ creating and persisting sales price and tax related info of delivered shipments to ERP system for financial reporting
• ~ syncing Catalogue , Goods Received Note (GRN) , Purchase Orders (PO) related information and financial inventory transfers to ERP platform
• ~ setting up critical monitoring infra for daily sync volumes of shipments data via added Grafana dashboards for splitting failure , success and missed counts for events processed.
• ~ configured New Relic's distributed tracing for critical kafka consumers for monitoring slow and error spans across distributed systems.

• Performance optimisations done by finding code and config bottlenecks :
• 1. DB Tuning for high scale performance :
• ~ Tuning Hikari Connection Pool Config's to maintain appropriate db connection in app instance.
• ~ Multiple Queries stacking under single transaction to reduce overhead of db connection opening on both app and db level to improve app and db performance and reducing latency significantly as scale increased on app
• ~ sql query optimisations by restructuring queries and/or addition of indexes on tables
• 2. Rest API scaling :
• ~ Scaling Rest API Calls by maintaining a thread pool for various routes in RestTemplate's config to reduce connection opening overheads and increasing latencies exponentially
• ~ configuring appropriate rest calls' read timeout to reduce duration of threads' blocking periods.
• 3. Scaling and distributing loads for event driven microservices :
• ~ Defining Kafka concurrency level on app instance level for heavy consumers
• ~ Configuring kafka producer commit config to increase durability for kafka event sending.
• ~ microservices scaled for 2 Lacs events on daily basis.

• Backend Microservices : Worked on treasury microservices of PayU which are responsible for most critical tasks related to Settlement of Merchant's money , Reconciliation of money into PayU 's Account and Charging prices for merchant transactions.

• > worked in bug fixing of Visual Voicemail App's codebase integration for Dual Sim users in U.S.A which now supports all major Network Carriers of USA and has helped these carriers selling Samsung devices to generate thousands of Dollars in revenue each year.
• > worked on bug fixing and some major features' implementations in Content Suggestions App used by over 1,50,000 users in India to classify and hide their sensitive content on their devices. Content Suggestions App is used as one of the main marketing feature for M/F/A series smartphones.
