• As a Founding Engineer – Android, I will be responsible for shaping the foundation of the company’s mobile ecosystem and driving the complete lifecycle of Android application development. This role is not just about coding, but about building products from the ground up, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and user delight. Being among the first engineering members, I will contribute directly to the technical vision, architecture, and culture of the company, working closely with the founder, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• My core responsibilities include designing and developing Android applications using Kotlin, Jetpack, and modern Android development practices. I will focus on building clean, maintainable, and testable code by applying principles of clean architecture, MVVM/MVI patterns, Jetpack Compose UI, and dependency injection (Hilt/Dagger). I will also integrate third-party APIs, Firebase services, and backend systems to deliver seamless user experiences. Ensuring high-quality code standards, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and app performance optimization will be a major part of my role.
• Beyond engineering, this role requires me to think like a founder — taking ownership of product decisions, participating in roadmap discussions, prioritizing features, and balancing technical trade-offs with business goals. I will help set up best practices, documentation, and scalable processes that future engineers can build upon. Since it is a founding role, I will also be involved in mentoring future hires, contributing to team growth, and fostering a strong developer culture.
