While pursuing my one-year ADCA (Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications) from January 2023 to August 2023, I organically stepped into a leadership role by mentoring a group of fellow students. From November onward, I became their go-to guide for navigating course modules like MS Office, Internet Basics, and Computer Fundamentals. I regularly clarified doubts, explained concepts in simple terms, and ensured everyone stayed on track — even stepping in to lead full sessions when the instructor was unavailable.
This 8 -month journey sharpened my ability to teach, lead, and adapt in real-time. I cultivated a collaborative learning environment where students felt supported and engaged. Managing peer learning while deepening my own technical foundation helped me discover a passion for mentoring — one that continues to shape how I approach teamwork, communication, and problem-solving today.
