Go-Jek is a super-app for ordering food, commuting, digital payments, shopping, hyperlocal delivery, getting a massage and around two dozen more similar services. I worked with the Platform Team at GoJek and our team was responsible for services like authentication service, lead generation, conversation services, fraud detection, shuffle-service etc. These services were used by almost all other teams at Go-Jek like Go-Food, Go-Ride, Go-Pay etc. I spent my initial days pairing with experienced developers on my team and then, later on, worked on a service that would soup up the current process of sending push notifications to our users. I also worked on content providers, for example, cards for Go-Food-Festival, Nearest-ATM etc.
With an amazing team and mentors to work around with, it was a great learning experience for me.
