• Data Platform: Currently working on a self served data platform, Integrated Data Stores that could help teams move and explore their data in an elegant way by allowing dataset owners to onboard datasets, which can be accessed via unified APIs by consumers for personalisation, machine learning and other use cases.
• Travel Knowledge Graph: Worked on graph solution for establishing search relationships between different attribute stores and using it for querying. Enabled the solution to programmatically relate data within two domains and return results via APIs. Added graph validations to optimise graph usability and to find and traverse paths.
• Technical Planning, Spikes and Feature Development: Engineered features with low latency, high throughout performance, such as nested fields support for datasets, potential datastore evaluation, authentication and data value filtrations. Worked with the team to deliver features from paper to code.
• OpEx and Monitoring: Worked on capturing metrics and creating monitors for Datadog dashboards for effective visualisation, troubleshooting and data exploration. Built dashboards that tracked metrics like P99, CPU Utilisation, Memory Consumption, Service Error Rate and Availability.
• SLAs: Worked on the documentation of priority levels, service guidelines, scope of SLA coverage and service management for the platform’s SLA.
• Hardening and Vulnerability Patching: Contributed to hardening efforts on exception handling and logging and vulnerability patching for the platform.
• Microservices: Implemented endpoints in Java Spring Boot. Worked on the replatform and code base migrations to optimise costs and serviceability. Worked on Java and Spring Boot updates along with refactoring and code cleanup.
• Code Coverage: Wrote rigorous unit test and integration tests for services within the platform, increasing the method coverage by over 40 percent.
