Worked directly under Dr. S. Ramachandran, Senior Principal Scientist, Council of Scientific and Industrial Research - Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology, Delhi, India.
During the tenure, succesfully worked on building a Word Galaxy system of entities from vitiligo abstracts.
The project mostly was related to Natural Language Processing (NLP), the software used was R, Python and Gephi. Graphical network visualization was done using Gephi.
Had implemented word2vec and GloVe algorithms on the dataset, after fully pre-processing the dataset.
Used Python Regular Expressions, NLTK Library, Gensim Library, Bigram model, Lemmatization, Stop word removal, Modularity analysis on the graph and worked with ForceAtlas 2 Layout Algorithm in Gephi.
