• 1. Lead engineer for Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation funded project Tika Vaani(https://tikavaani.org/) to intelligently digitise immunisation data across India. My role included development of the neural Optical Character Recognition (OCR) model, scoping and development of the Android application, backend services and ensuring data pluggability into existing legacy systems.
• 2. Developed Case Manager a tool used by local governing bodies to address problems raised by citizens. This tool was used by United Nations to address Covid 19 specific issues.
• 3. Backend Engineer for mobile application component of the IVRS stack - Mobile Vaani.
• 4. Platformized the legacy IVRS stack to enable other NGOs to use Gram Vaani’s IVRS stack as a service.
• 5. Led teams to add a distributed moderation approach to the Gram Vaani's network to enhance scalability and community participation.
• 6. Responsible for research and development into the foray of ambient computing - gender classifiers, topic classification, dialogue flows, question answering mechanisms.
• 7. Awarded Star Performer for initiating projects from scratch, delivering them and measuring impact.

• Explored two principle areas under the supervision of Dr. Nishanth Sastry.
• 1. Analysed the behaviour of trolls and how human beings interact with them on social media. To this extent, analysed the influence of IRA in US 2016 Presidential Elections (Thesis Report - https://bit.ly/2wAZHlL). I have also worked extensively in the domain of recognising personality traits of users from data on social media (Academic Paper - bit.ly/2MGFRAf).
• 2. Contributed to the domain of detecting fake multimedia content. Developed a crowd sourced platform to detect fake images and videos. I have been a speaker in this domain at the University of Bristol, Chevening Conference 2018 (~20% Acceptance Rate).
