Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent availability, market trends, and competitive intelligence. Collaborate with internal teams to align hiring with organizational priorities. 6. Process Excellence & Compliance Standardize recruitment processes for efficiency and scalability. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations. Implement best practices, recruitment technology, and data-driven decision-making. 7. Analytics & Reporting Develop and maintain dashboards for recruitment performance. Provide insights and reports to leadership on hiring trends, challenges, and outcomes. Use data to improve recruitment effectiveness and decision-making.
