Moved from 3-4 days of onboarding development activity for each new onboarding on reconciliation system to self serve dashboards that financial accounting team can manage themselves. This helped scale platform to support from 10 to 300 daily reconciliations. ● Developed Generic File Handler to handle all types of files,i.e.csv,xls etc, One just needs to configure header configuration of the file to process it. ● Built a generic comparator that sums up all transactions based on same recon id to work across all reconciliation types. ● Implemented self serve REST API’s and Administrative website in AngularJS, enabling finance team to reconcile and onboard new reconciliations. ● Website also enables the finance team to reload wrong documents and restart reconciliations from earlier date, fix data related issues etc.
