  • Coordinate with Amex team for tickets booking for outstation candidates.
  • Update reimbursement travel bills of candidates via Coupa tool – Follow up to closure.
  • Maintain and update the Workday tool / tracker for Interview scheduled candidates.
  • Maintain/share weekly report with Lead/recruiters
  • Ensuring all paperwork received is scanned and stored both electronically and on the employee's paper file(before WD).
