Make a software for invoices, taxes, payments and credit with a promise of saving money and time for millions of businesses, their supply chains, accountants and employees. Clear processes about 10% of India’s B2B invoices, which is over $300B of trade value every year, and contributes to 10% of India’s e-Invoice generation. Clear saved over ₹1,000 Cr for more than 400K businesses last year, roughly 2-7% of their tax outflow. Over 2,000 of India’s biggest brands and large corporations trust clear for their financial solutions.Over 80,000 tax experts use our platform every year. Clear handles over 10% of India’s income tax returns. Helping over 130M Indians demystify personal finances on our website every year. My role was as described below:
• Being a Program Manager:Business and Product , my roles and responsibilities included:
• 1. Design, develop and maintain scalable, automated reports, and dashboards to support analytical and business needs.
• 2. Work across teams with different stakeholders to prioritize and deliver projects.
• 3. Work with a cross-functional team to ensure smooth rollout of training and process.
• 4. Managed the Productivity of the Renewal Team having 30+ team members
• 5. Worked as a Product Owner of the Challan Dashboard Product
• 6. Worked on Improving the Activation and Retention of the users on the GST Platform by Product and Process Changes
• 7. Liaise with different stakeholders to support implementations and deliverables.
• 8. Understanding business needs and preparing business SOP.
