I’m an Embedded Software Engineer with over 2 years of experience in RTOS, BSP development, bootloaders, and automation within Carrier’s Embedded and Software Platform team. My work centers on building reliable, scalable firmware platforms for industrial and HVAC control systems. I’ve developed Board Support Packages (BSPs) for STMicroelectronics STM32 and Renesas microcontrollers, bringing up peripherals such as UART, I²C, SPI, GPIO, ADC/DAC, and PWM to ensure seamless hardware–software integration. I’ve also implemented secure MCUboot-based bootloaders supporting OTA updates and rollback mechanisms, and contributed to RTOS configurator tools that automate HAL and BSP code generation—dramatically reducing development time. Beyond firmware, I have a strong background in automation and validation, having built CI/CD pipelines for firmware testing using Python, Bash, and AWS S3, and created automated test frameworks for Carrier control boards with MPLAB IDE, NI cDAQ, and UART, cutting manual testing time from hundreds of hours to just a few per release.
