This was my first experience working on a corporate project. I participated in regular meetings with my mentor and a team of 30 members.
I worked on the Inventory Management System for RapidXcel Logistics, a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider. The system aims to streamline inventory management, order processing, shipment tracking, and reporting. It enhances operational efficiency by automating inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and providing real-time updates to customers, suppliers, and internal staff.
My Role:-
I developed interactive reports and dashboards using Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly for data visualization. My work included inventory reports (stock levels, supplier distribution), order performance analysis (fulfillment rates, demand trends), and sales analytics (product sales trends, profit/loss tracking). These insights help inventory managers make data-driven decisions, improving operational efficiency. Data was sourced and managed using SQL.
