I started with the development of SAPs in-house UI Automation Tool known by the name "START" (Simple Test Automation for Regression Testing). This tool has a record and replays implementation. Using this tool, any action you do on Application UI is recorded and parsed as a START test case, which can be replayed at any time, any number of times.
I even had an opportunity to work on the implementation of the Language Acceptance Testing (LAT) feature with the START tool to enable automation testing of SAPs applications in more than 30 global languages. The idea won IEG Innovation Contest for the year 2019 at SAP. I even delivered RESTful micro-services for integration of START LAT feature across other automation tools of SAP.
Additionally worked on the integration of the in-house SAP tool for Single User Performance Assessment (SUPA) with START Tool. This feature assesses different actions done in the application and generates performance standard reports.
Developed a customer helpful ChatBot for START Tool using Conversational AI Platform of SAP. The bot is aimed at helping a customer get familiar with the tool, resolve consulting issues with ease and also report tickets with single clicks. Was awarded Innovator of the quarter award for START ChatBot.
