Hi, I’m Vanshik 👋 a Computer Science undergrad at NIT Surat (2027). I enjoy solving challenging problems at the intersection of algorithms, systems, and data. I’ve been active in competitive programming, with achievements like Expert on Codeforces, 5★ on CodeChef, and over 1000+ problems solved across platforms including LeetCode. These experiences have sharpened my skills in algorithm design, optimization, and working under constraints. basically things I love doing. I also bring hands-on engineering experience. At Mercor, I worked as a AI agent benchmark Intern, where I designed algorithmic benchmarks for AI agents and engineered large-scale test cases to evaluate performance. Beyond internships, I’ve built projects in distributed systems, microservices, and AI-driven applications, exploring how systems scale and how data can be leveraged for impact. I’m particularly interested in software engineering and quantitative research, basically fields where analytical depth meets high-performance technology. Outside of academics, I enjoy learning new tools, keeping up with system design concepts, and pushing myself through coding contests.
