• Delivered business integration and legal solutions for Meta. These included:
• Building a platform for (>30) third parties to exchange supply chain EDI data in APIs.
• Enabled search on the 3P privacy review tool using Meta’s Elastic Search like engine. This resolved timeout issues in more than 10k search queries per month.
• Delivered the tool for legal discovery on Workplace content. This was critical for the legal teams to adequately defend Meta in public litigations across all regions.

• As part of the Driver Lifecycle Management team, worked on the following, I solved multiple pain points for our Delivery executives (DEs) during the order lifecycle and vastly improved the supply planning, governance and self-onboarding processes.
• Enabled the DEs to pre plan and log their absences. This improved our supply forecasting by around 40% during peak food order events such as festivals.
• Built the governance system to execute corrective actions for TOS violations by DEs.
• Contactless delivery: Enabled the evidence submission of order delivery.
• Self-signup: With my team of three, revamped the cumbersome and time-consuming DE onboarding process, saving significant logistical costs (>100K USD) during COVID.
• DE Chat: Led a team of four to smoothen the chat capabilities between the DE, the help centre and the customer during delivery, reducing customer complaints by 40%.

• 1. Marketing recommendations tool: Implemented the daily population of 3 out of the 12 marketing recommendations that we generated for our CIQ Advertising clients such as SC Johnson, Movado, Central Garden & Pet etc.
• 2. Marketing Workbench : Powered the workbench showing the key marketing performance metrics of our clients on Amazon by keywords, ASINs, campaigns and search terms on a daily basis.
• 3. Work logger : Enabled the execution of millions of marketing actions per second per client based on the marketing recommendations tool mentioned above.
