Developed a C++ library titled OpenForest for detecting local and global anomalies in time-evolving infinite data streams
Implemented various anomaly detection algorithms including Half-Space Trees, Isolation Forests, RSForests and RPAD
Designed an algorithm that reduced the memory consumption by 8 times, implemented using Hashing with <2% accuracy loss
Used Redis Streams and multithreading in C++ to stream spans over the Redis database for training the algorithms over fixed windows of time-evolving traces, with proper handling and logging of interleaved traces and delayed spans.
